Contributing to the recoupling agenda
PwC collaborates with the Global Solutions Initiative (GSI) on myriad initiatives.
At the Global Solutions Summit, PwC collaborates alongside business and policy makers on issues of global importance and specifically, on the need to bring about systemic change so that economies deliver sustained outcomes for societies within our planetary boundaries.
Our collaboration with GSI has grown out of the need to provide a more integrated, coherent response to pressing societal issues across different stakeholder groups, including businesses.

Young Global Changers
The Global Solutions Initiative's Young Global Changers (YGC) programme brings young people together from around the world. The overarching goals of the programme are to connect, inspire and share innovative ideas among the people taking part.
The “Young Global Changers Recoupling Awards” aims to identify and recognise young changemakers from all over the world who contribute actively towards a better alignment – a “recoupling” – of economic prosperity with environmental sustainability and the needs and demands of societies, communities and individuals. The finalists presented their projects at the Global Solutions Summit 2023 in Berlin.
